Spare Parts is the online journal that published the first ten pages of my not-yet-published novel, On the Edge of Then and Now, an 80,000 word dual narrative young adult novel centered around Becky Renolt, who’s sexually assaulted after turning down a boy’s advances, and Cade Reeves, the boy who saves her and becomes her love interest despite harboring a dark secret that could complicate everything.
